Benefits of a Lease

Barnard’s Village philosophy is to offer a great home at a great price and to ensure the lifestyle quality is maintained for years to come. The lease provides the owners of a way to reduce the overall cost of the home substantially. For example, if a lease would not be incorporated, the cost of each home would be increased by a minimum of $140,000 in order to pay for the cost of the land. The lease removes this $140,000 payment.
