Strata vs. Lease (Rules & Regulations)

Barnard’s Village is not a Strata community having monthly strata fees. It is a lease of the land with services, so no Strata fees and no strata council. The development relies on a set of rules and regulations that are built into the lease that are deemed as “common sense rules” to abide by in order to enjoy your life in the neighbourhood. Every resident, before buying the development, will read, review and approve these rules to determine if the neighbourhood is a good fit for them.
