Hart has been doing construction for 40 years and has built around 800 homes throughout the province with the majority being in the South Okanagan. In addition to residential homes, Hart has also built many commercial and industrial type buildings including wineries, equestrian buildings, warehouses and mini storage buildings. He has received many rewards including the Order of British Columbia for building and helping make homes more energy efficient. “Building is my passion”.
Don has been in the real estate sales and development in BC’s Okanagan Valley since 1973, under the umbrella of C21 Development Group. Recent projects include a 51 lot subdivision in OK Falls, a 39 lot subdivision in Penticton, the 276 suite Mission Meadows condo project in Kelowna, a 40,000 sf shopping centre in Osoyoos. Don is also one of the owners in a number of KFC stores in Canada and the USA. He has also served as a director on the South Okanagan Real Estate Board.
Len has been the Project Manager and Property Manager of Mission Meadows 276 suite, 4 building condominium project completed and sold out in 2016. Len is also the Project Manager and Property Manager for Barnard’s Village a 78 rancher home project in Vernon, BC, currently under construction. Len’s resume also includes 3 years as Project Manager for Authentech Homes, a high end custom home builder in Kelowna, BC. Prior to Len’s past 12 years in residential construction management, his background includes the financial industry before starting and running 4 successful businesses over 15 years. During his business years, he served as President of the Quesnel Downtown Business Association for a period of time. Awards include 2 Tommie Gold awards for Mission Meadows.
Martin was the project coordinator of the fourth and final phase of Mission Meadows condominiums in Kelowna from 2014-2016 and has been involved in the commercial and residential construction area since 2007. Prior to construction, Martin was a business owner/operator for 15 years. Born and raised in the Okanagan, Martin enjoys riding his motorcycle in his spare time.
Olgie grew up in Vernon, and knows the area very well. As part of the Administration and Sales Team at Barnard’s Village, she not only brings her many years of experience in Community Services, but also her love of people to the table in assisting our customers to choose a home that is right for them. Olgie enjoys the beauty of the Okanagan lifestyle from hot summer days at the beach, visiting the wineries, hiking the numerous trails, or just enjoying the wonderful people who not only call Vernon home, but also the visiting tourists from all over the world!
Debbie was born and raised in Vancouver but decided last year to move up to the beautiful Okanagan, and has never looked back! Ever since her career change from a Payroll Accountant to a Real Estate Professional, she wakes up every morning loving her sales representative job at Barnard’s Village! Not only does she love her job, she loves the team at Barnard’s Village. On her days off you will find her skiing the hills of Silver Star in winter or horseback riding or kayaking on the lake of Kalamalka. She is loving every moment of the Okanagan that she now calls home!
